Pricing FAQ
Answers that make choosing Flex easier
This FAQ is written for visitors comparing plans, billing, add-ons, integrations, community packaging, onboarding, and long-term fit.
Plans
Flex is sold as workspace plans, not per-seat software licensing. Each plan includes a base allowance for users, storage, and AI units, and you add optional expansions only when needed.
The current public plan catalog includes Solo, Growth, Business, Scale. Availability comes from the active public subscription plan records in the platform.
Choose Business when you need operational workspace features plus community participation. Choose Scale when you also need deeper community analytics, moderation, broader collaboration, and larger built-in capacity.
Pricing
No. Every plan includes a user allowance. You choose the plan based on your operating stage and included capacity rather than buying a license for each individual person.
Add-ons
You can move to a higher plan or add optional expansions such as Batoi Intelligence, Extra Storage, Extra Users, Additional Industry Pack, Video Capacity Pack. The pricing model is designed so you grow by capability and capacity instead of rebuilding your setup.
The current add-on catalog includes priced expansions such as Batoi Intelligence, Extra Storage, Extra Users, Additional Industry Pack, Video Capacity Pack, industry-specific packs, and Community Plus where configured.
No. Industry packs are optional add-ons layered onto the main Flex workspace so you keep one platform while tailoring the workflows for your vertical.
Integrations
Not always. Integrations are capability-gated. If a plan includes the integrations capability, the workspace can use the integration hub and any provider packages allowed for that plan.
Billing
Yes. Plans can be upgraded as your team, storage, AI usage, or community needs expand. The commercial model is built to support staged growth.
Onboarding
Yes, partner-assisted onboarding and guided setup can be added where needed. That is useful for migration, industry-specific configuration, and rollout support.
Trial
Yes. Flex supports a free trial workflow so visitors can evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan.
Publishing
Custom-domain publishing can be included in higher plans or offered as an add-on depending on your package configuration.
Buying
Start from the plan that matches your current operating complexity, then compare user limits, storage, AI units, integrations, and community access. If you still need help, use the partner-assisted onboarding path.
